Recent statistics have shown more and more relationships to be affected by one of the partners being excessively jealous. The situation is even worse in couples who are both jealous. Imagination or not, jalousi is a serious problem, one that should not be treated lightly. There are many solutions out there, including hypnose and hypnotherapy.

Being jealous can come from having a rich imagination. You may even spend important amounts of time building up all sorts of scenarios in your mind, thinking that you are being cheated on. Jalousi is sometimes normal but it can also reach a point where it becomes unreasonable. The moment you start worrying constantly about your spouse working too much, that is the moment when you might be more than jealous. Obsession is never a good thing and it can even destroy a marriage.

There is a thin line between regular jalousi and obsession. Couples are advised to seek out counseling to improve their communication, thus reducing the possibility of jealousy to appear. Hypnose is also a good idea, allowing one to understand the reasons behind such behaviors and discover ways to improve ones relationship. The therapist can help you feel the opposite of helpless, opening all communication lines with your wife/husband.

Dont think if you are going to be the first person that turns to hypnose in order to be cured of jalousi. There are hundreds of people out there who have considered the same methods. They discovered hypnosis to be a healthy method to cope with feelings of jealousy. It is quite wonderful to be able to trust your partner, without becoming anxious at the very thought that he or she might be late. The therapist knows the best ways to get to the root cause of your jealousy and return you to a state of confidence, of complete trust.

One should never be afraid to face those feelings of jalousi. On the contrary, hypnosis is a very good idea as it can help the person deal with those feelings. Through hypnose, you choose willingly to resolve your jealousy-related problems in a healthy manner. The therapist can teach you all about visualization techniques but also guide you through your emotions. Reaching your subconscious, the hypnotherapist can eliminate negative thoughts and those of distrust.

Hypnose is today recommended as an alternative treatment for excessive jealousy. It is highly efficient, building the confidence and self-esteem a jealous person lacks completely. After several sessions of hypnosis, a person is filled with positive thoughts and jealous feelings slowly disappear. One is at complete liberty to focus on things that are more important, improving the relationship with the spouse and discovering new things in life. All insecurities are left behind and one no longer finds reasons to be jealous.

Jealousy might have made you feel uncertain about your partner. There may have been times in your life when you felt like you had no choice but to keep track of everything your spouse does. Hypnosis is not just a way to relax and let all those feelings out, but to cope with strong emotions and resolve any problems. You are capable of overcoming jealousy and protect your relationship, especially if you try hypnosis!

If jalousi has changed your life, there is no better time than the present to get rid of all negative thinking. Discover how hypnose can help you improve yourself. Dont hesitate to come to us and see the benefits of hypnotherapy for yourself!

The Nature Of Positive Thoughts

Monday, April 21st, 2008

By Robert Kokoska

Man is always attracted towards everything that is metaphysical and psychological; leading psychologists have always believed in the matter of mind, which is capable of performing stupendous things for self growth and development. On the flip side, they are also worried by a mind that is out of control, with many manifestations of disease and illness as the final result. It is always believed that human beings could achieve anything and everything under the sun, provided they possess a mind that is tough and intelligent.

As a corollary, they also believed that people who have achieved a high degree of personal success, always showed an elevated level of positive thoughts and beliefs. Positive thoughts are known to assist a person in achieving those goals and targets, which can not be achieved by a person with a negative mindset.

Understanding positive thought requires considerable amount of intelligence and wisdom. Positive thoughts are so surreal and mysterious; man has always been baffled by the fact that some people are more endowed with a high level of self belief and positive thoughts, while many people lack this natural gift, due to unknown reasons. Positive thoughts seem to originate from the mind, and its flow is always controlled by the person. Though most of us have positive thoughts deep in our mind, we may never experience it in its full potential or may experience only during some time in our life. Is it possible to control the flow of positive thoughts at a uniform rate?

It is possible to develop positive thoughts and feelings by adjusting the way in which we think and behave. There are several innovative methods prescribed by many leading experts and often these methods do help us in developing a positive us. However the basic methodology is almost similar in all techniques. If you want to develop a positive personality, you will also need to consider driving away all negative thoughts; it is probably like two opposite faces of a coin. Positive and negative minds are dual in nature. When one of them shows its dominance, other will be in its dormancy. This perceptible shift in alternating domination and dormancy state of mind is the ultimate factor that makes us either positive in nature or negative in behavior.

Is it possible to retain positive thoughts as our dominating entity in our mind? Conversely, can we suppress the negative part of our personality by using some methods? Theoretically both are distinct possibilities, provided we have some genuine methods to follow. Though it is almost impossible to drive away our negative aspect of personality, it is also possible to mask such negative part of the personality with fresh, continuous positive thoughts.

It is just like filling in fresh, crystal clear water slowly, inch by inch, to replace a mass of water that is dirty and stained. Another analogy is to fill in a glass of water with crystal clear water and add black ink, so that the whole glass of water becomes dark and negative. Now when you add fresh water slowly, drop by drop, and replace the whole glass full of dark water, the resulting water mass is all crystal clear and pure. Our mind actually works in a similar manner.
